Government Solutions Collectively, the Leadership Team of Timoridge Group has over 90 years of business experience, and exposure to literally hundreds of business and government organizations, including over 30 years in community development initiatives. The Team’s unique combination of comprehensive business leadership and operations skills and also the depth and experience across a wide range of sectors, sets us apart from others serving the municipal sector.
Timoridge Group has direct knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of performance metric standards across the federal and provincial government ministries and understands the resulting effect that this will ultimately have on communities that seek and receive federal funding. This knowledge has enabled Timoridge Group to design and develop a proprietary Community Readiness Assessment Model ™ (“CRAM™”) to enable communities to design and develop operationalized Integrated Community Sustainability Plans (ICSPs) that are stakeholder-driven, performance measurement based, with critical real time responsiveness. CRAM™, among other things, is a formalized reporting process that enables a community to capture key performance data required to properly satisfy the anticipated requirements of a performance metric standards based audit review. For those communities that already have an ICSP, the adoption of CRAM™ can transform them into operationalized ICSPs.
Timoridge Group Municipal Solution delivery is led by Francis Loughheed, Director, Facilitation Services. Francis’ experience includes:
